Larry J Mulder
President
Larry has over 25 years of project management, sales, business development and executive management experience. Larry serves as our President in charge of all executive and operational duties.
His track record includes Office Buildings, Retail, Maintenance Services, Industrial, Higher Education, Restaurants and Strip Malls.
Ultimately our goal is to create high quality buildings, appropriate to their settings while at the same time being extremely functional. We offer a wide range of construction services - from planning and program development, through design and construction, and post construction maintenance programs.

Personal attention to each job:
Each client receives one-on-one attention through the entire process from at least one of our preconstuction managers or project managers.
Client participation:
To ensure our client’s needs are satisfied we constantly invite our clients to participate and provide input during the construction process. After all it’s our job to make our client’s dream a reality.
