Facilities Maintenance
Through years of construction management we have developed our facilities maintenance division. We provide Facilites Maintenance to numerous national accounts. Our service includes building maintenance on all building functions. We serve a 10 state region.
DELIVERY METHODS
General Contracting - Mulder's success in the hard-bid market is a testament to our knowledge of current market conditions and our ability to provide the best possible pricing to our clients. Nearly half of our commercial building projects are contracted with clients on the traditional design-bid-build basis.
Construction Management – Mulder Building Group has the in-house expertise to guide our clients in the overall management and administration of projects. Mulders’ construction management approach provides clients with the assurance that budgets and schedules are met and is based on teamwork in which the client, architect/engineer and construction manager work together in the client's best interest.
Design-Build – Mulders' design-build method of project delivery takes advantage of a single contract with the client where Mulder accepts responsibility for architectural /engineering design and the construction of the project.
